PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers)

Description: PLCs are essential in industrial automation for controlling machinery and processes. Participants will learn the fundamentals of PLC programming, ladder logic, and real-world applications in manufacturing and process control.

SCADA (Supervisory Control & Data Acquisition

SCADA systems are crucial for monitoring and controlling industrial processes. Trainees will delve into SCADA architecture, data acquisition, real-time monitoring, and the development of human-machine interfaces for effective process visualization.

HMI (Human-Machine-Interface)

HMI is the user interface that connects operators with machines. The training will cover the design and development of intuitive HMIs, focusing on enhancing user experience and facilitating efficient control of industrial processes.

DCS ( Distributed Control System )

DCS is a control system used extensively in complex industrial processes. Participants will understand the architecture of DCS, and its role in process automation, and gain hands-on experience in configuring and optimizing distributed control systems.

Autocad

AUTOCAD is a widely used computer-aided design (CAD) software. The training program will cover the basics of AUTOCAD, including 2D and 3D design, drafting, and creating electrical schematics essential for engineering and design projects.

Electrical Design

This module focuses on the broader aspects of electrical design in industrial settings. Topics include electrical system planning, load calculations, selection of components, and compliance with industry standards. Participants will gain practical insights into designing effective and reliable electrical systems.

Training Program Details

Our training program is designed to provide hands-on experience and an in-depth understanding of industrial automation technologies. Participants will gain proficiency in PLC programming, SCADA systems, HMI applications, DCS configurations, AUTOCAD and Eplan design, and electrical system planning.

Eplan

Eplan is an electrical engineering design software. Trainees will learn to create electrical schematics, and panel layouts, and generate reports. The program will cover the use of Eplan for efficient and accurate electrical design.
